Vurium AI is an AI assistant for iPhone and iPad, made by Vurium Inc. Ask it anything: it searches the web, explains, writes text and code, makes images and videos, plans apps from scratch, and works on its own, running tasks on a schedule and reminding you of things. Questions? Write to support@vurium.com; we answer within two business days.
Getting Started
Sign in with Apple or Google, or create an account with an email and a password (Continue with Email, then Create Account); read what Vurium AI does with what you send it, and agree. Then ask in Chat: Vurium AI chooses how to answer by itself. For a hard question, tap the brain in the message field and turn on Deep Thinking (the same panel shows how many of your credits are left and how many you used); ask it to plan an app for a complete plan with its map.
Tasks: ask "every morning at 8, give me the news", or "remind me at 5 to call Anna", or add one on the Tasks tab. Turn notifications on to get their results.
Free, Vurium AI Pro and Max
What you do uses credits: each answer shows what it used. Free has 30 credits a month and a few tasks. Vurium AI Pro (1,000 credits a month) and Vurium AI Max (10,000), monthly or yearly, add stronger models, research agents, videos, the vault and more tasks. A month's credits don't carry over; when they run out, Quick answers keep working until they come back. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
- Your credits: Settings, your account, Credits: what is left, when they renew, and about how many answers that makes.
- Buy Credits: Settings, your account, Buy Credits: packs of 300, 1,000 or 3,500 credits that never expire. They stay with your account, so they need no restoring.
- Restore Purchases: Settings, your account, Restore Purchases (or on the plans screen).
- Manage or cancel: Settings, your account, Manage Subscription; or your device's Settings, your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next renewal.
- Refunds are Apple's: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting Your Account
Settings, your account, Delete Account. Your conversations, plans, tasks, memory and vault are deleted for good, and Sign in with Apple is disconnected (an account made with an email can use that email again; one made with Google, that Google account). Your credits, packs included, go with it. Deleting your account does not cancel a Vurium AI Pro or Max subscription: cancel it in Manage Subscription first. Or email support@vurium.com from the address on your account.
A Wrong or Harmful Reply
Tap the flag under the reply and say what is wrong; we review every report. Answers come from AI and can be wrong: check what matters, and do not rely on Vurium AI for medical, legal or financial decisions, or in an emergency.
